In this session, we will review outcomes from the 2025 UFI Insight workshops, where we began our journey of exploring opportunities for increasing value for our customers through inclusive and accessible experiences at our events. We’ll propose minimum inclusion standards for organizers, venues, and suppliers, and share tips for how to implement.
