- Ray joined RX in 2007 as Director of Human Resources and became Director of Learning & Talent Development for the Americas in 2014. In 2021, after extensive involvement in Inclusion & Diversity programs, he was appointed Global Head of Inclusion & Diversity. Ray built an I&D strategic framework for RX and now leads a volunteer network of over 220 RXers on ERG leadership boards, the RX Global Inclusion Council, and five Global Diversity Committees.
Having cultivated a strong internal culture of belonging, Ray now partners with event teams to create inclusive, accessible experiences at RX events. In 2024, RX released the Guide to Inclusive Events—an inspirational resource to keep inclusion and accessibility top of mind for event teams.
Prior to RX, Ray served as Vice President of Human Resources at The Bank of New York for 13 years. He and his husband, Joseph, reside in Connecticut, USA.
