- Vincenzo has a background in Business Management with a specialisation in Corporate Finance and has gained international academic experience across Italy, Belgium, Spain, and the Russian Federation. He began his professional journey in investment banking, focusing on M&A transactions, before moving into Investor Relations for listed Italian companies, where he developed strong expertise in corporate sustainability management. Since joining Fiera Milano in 2022 as Head of Investor Relations, Sustainability, and Corporate Management System, he has played a key role in integrating sustainability into the company’s business model, with a strong commitment to fostering long-term value creation for all stakeholders and driving sustainable growth. From 2026, he serves as Chairman of the UFI Sustainable Development Working Group for the 2026–2029 term, contributing to the advancement of sustainability practices across the global exhibition industry
