With nearly eight years of experience in the exhibition industry, her work focuses on preparing for regulatory sustainability reporting, including corporate carbon accounting, coordinating data collection and processes across Messe Frankfurt’s global network of subsidiaries.
Valerie is actively engaged in industry associations and initiatives, including Net Zero Carbon Events (NZCE), where she contributes to greater transparency and comparability in emissions measurement. She also lectures on sustainability in the MICE industry, bridging academic insights with practical implementation in both directions.
