- Jonathan Weiner is a fintech, events, and media entrepreneur and 8x founder. He is the Founder and CEO of HLTH and Co-Founder of HumanX and Merino Films. He is also a venture investor, serving as Co-Founder and General Partner at SilverCircle and Venture Partner at Oak HC/FT. Over the past 15 years, including as an angel investor, he has backed more than 200 companies.
Jonathan founded HLTH: The Future of Healthcare, the leading healthcare innovation conference transforming the global health ecosystem, and co-founded HumanX, the leading AI event in the world. He previously co-founded Money20/20, the world’s premier event for payments and financial services innovation; Shoptalk, a leading global retail and e-commerce conference; and Prepaid Card Expo and Paybefore, the leading event and publication serving the prepaid industry.
Across his entrepreneurial career, Jonathan has led multiple successful exits, with companies he founded or co-founded acquired by Google, TSYS, Hyve, Ascential, and Informa. The companies he has built have collectively employed more than 700 people. Jonathan was Co-Founder and President of Clarity Payment Solutions, which was acquired by TSYS to form TSYS Prepaid, where he continued to serve as President and helped pioneer prepaid card programs at scale. He later joined the founding team of TxVia, a payments processor acquired by Google, and subsequently became Head of Global Business Development for Google Wallet and Payments.
In 2023, Jonathan co-founded Merino Films, a New York City–based production company that develops, produces, and finances director-driven narrative and documentary films that, through artistry, creative freedom, and collaboration, deliver powerful perspectives on the human experience.
Across fintech, healthcare, retail, media, and venture investing, Jonathan has built companies and platforms that shape industries, convene leaders, and accelerate innovation. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
