- Tuğçe Cumalıoğlu is the General Manager and Vice Chair of the Board at İZFAŞ, Turkey’s leading trade fair organizer and venue owner. With over 20 years of experience in the exhibition industry, she has held senior leadership roles at both public and international private sector organizers, including HYVE Group, where she served as Group Director for Turkey’s Build & Interior portfolio. Tuğçe brings a strong background in international marketing, strategic sales, and business development, and has been recognized with multiple industry awards. Throughout her career, she has played a key role in growing global partnerships and launching successful trade fair brands. At İZFAŞ, she is committed to innovation and sustainability, and to positioning İzmir as a dynamic regional hub for exhibitions and events. She also represents İZFAŞ at UFI – the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry.
