Formerly Chief Operating Officer of UFI, Sonia is now Vice President of Women in Exhibitions International, where she advocates for greater equity, visibility, and leadership opportunities for women across the sector.
Her work focuses on change management, inclusive leadership, and organisational dynamics, drawing on her background in HR, coaching, and operations. She also coaches startups at HEC Paris, supporting innovation and leadership development in early-stage ventures. Sonia brings a deep understanding of human behaviour and cognitive bias to her work, with a passion for creating environments where diverse talent can thrive.
