- Ray joined RX in 2007 as Director of Human Resources and transitioned to Director of Learning & Talent Development for the Americas business in 2014. He was appointed the Global Head of Inclusion & Diversity in 2021 after years of intensive engagement with Inclusion & Diversity programs.
Ray built an I&D strategic framework for RX and leads a volunteer network of over 220 RXers around the globe who serve on ERG leadership boards, the RX Global Inclusion Council, and five Global Diversity Committees. After working several years to cultivate a culture of belonging internally, Ray has turned his focus to partnering with event teams to create inclusive and accessible experiences at RX events. RX released the Guide to Inclusive Events in 2024 to serve as inspiration for event teams to keep inclusion and accessibility top of mind as they build their show strategies.
Prior to joining RX, Ray was Vice President of Human Resources at The Bank of New York for thirteen years. He and his husband Joseph reside in Connecticut, USA.
