Biography:: Susanne is an experienced Business Development, Strategy and Event professional with more than 16 years' experience in consulting, finance, media and events. She is skilled in Innovation and Product Development, Project Management, Corporate Finance, Business Development and Strategy.Susanne holds a master's degree in German and European Business Law (Diplom) from University of Siegen, Germany and a Master I Degree in International Business Law from the Université Francois-Rabelais Tours, France. Startup experience as a co-founder of hugit project and comprising experience in the startup ecosystem and (digital) product development and innovation (e.g. as a mentor and business design coach) are key factors for her professional dedication. Additionally, she co-chairs & manages one of Germany’s most established female decision makers networks “Frauen-Verbinden”.

Susanne is known for her innovative approach to event management and her commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion. She has worked extensively to create inclusive event formats that celebrate gender diversity and foster equal opportunities for all participants. Her dedication to advancing diversity topics has made her a respected voice in the industry, inspiring positive change and promoting a more inclusive and sustainable event landscape.
