- Silvia has a long year experience and expertise in the German trade fair industry. At AUMA, she and her team are responsible for sustainability, as well as public affairs and legal matters. In close exchange with AUMA members, representing trade fair organizers and industry associations, she is committed to advocating for changes in the political field to create a supportive environment for the trade fair industry. In the area of sustainability, she facilitates the development of joint guidelines, standards, and positions to foster the green transformation of the trade fair industry.
She began her professional career in an international firm in the nonwoven industry leading her to Vancouver and Quebec. Silvia holds a law degree from the university of Cologne and worked in a law firm in Melbourne during her legal clerkship.
