Biography:
Half Italian and half Polish, Cinzia Zanin majored in Japanese language and culture and she has lived in many different places: from a small village nestled in the Dolomiti mountains, to Venice, Poland, Czech Republic, Japan and, now, Milan. In 2015 Cinzia landed her job at Fondazione Fiera Milano, just in time to help organizing the 82nd UFI Congress. She is today Student Coordinator & Community Developer of Accademia Fiera Milano, educational centre for the exhibition and event industry. She is also in charge of digital corporate communication and won twice the Global Exhibitions Day Award: in 2017 for Highest Profile Online Activity and in 2019 for Talent Promotion.In 2019 Cinzia won the UFI Next Generation Leadership Grant. In 2021 she co-moderated the UFI European Conference. She is also member of the UFI HR working group and Team Leader in the ETT club. Cinzia has worked with more than 200 millennial and gen z students that enrolled in Accademia Fiera Milano courses to become one day Exhibition and Event managers. She supports their path since the very beginning and follows their first steps into their new careers. Her job gives her the unique opportunity to observe all the changes next gen talents are going through from a privileged position.
