Biography:: Robert T. Heinemann is the Founder, Manapinp Partner, and CEO of Heinemann Management Consulting GmbH (HMC), based in Munich, Germany. HMC is a consulting boutique firm that specializes in all Human Resources topics and works internationally. It was founded in 2009.

Robert has over 35 years of experience in management and leadership roles. He worked in the public sector for the first 15 years of his career. In 1996 he became a senior executive in the financial industry. He started his international career in 1999 and has been traveling and working overseas ever since. From 2005 to 2007 he was the General Manager & Chief Executive of a German bank in London.

He has been involved in the exhibition industry since 2013. For almost four years he was the Acting Global Head of HR at Messe Muenchen. He created and implemented an international HR Strategy for the company, developed various HR tools and concepts, and oversaw the international hiring of almost all senior executive positions of the group. Robert also served as COO for UFI - The Global Association of The Exhibition Industry - in 2021 and 2022.

HMC is an Associate Member of UFI since 2018.
