All our conversations and surveys show that our industry is focusing ever more on the specific needs of our customers. This includes everything from real-time data from the show floor to DEI policies, from carbon budgets to matchmaking, from pricing structures to year-round activations.

At the same time, following a sharp uptick in exhibitor sentiment in the post-COVID era, sentiment and NPS scores are falling again, according to the latest Explori data. In this session, we will hear from Niral Patel from S&P Global, a leading business and financial analytics company with 2023 revenues of $12.5 billion. S&Ps exhibit at 50+ trade shows every year, organize their own events, and participate in dozens more.

Niral will share his plans, opinions, and frustrations with Explori’s Richard Kensett, and will then be joined by Juliane Jahnke and Anni Vepsäläinen to discuss the industry’s action and response.
The session is quite compact – only 35 minutes, but there will be a 1-hour breakout session on the issues raised from 5-6pm, and we invite the speakers to join this session too.
