How to reach the venue MECC Maastricht

Bus Shuttles will be provided in the morning and afternoon to reach MECC Maastricht from the Van der Valk hotel.
The other official hotel the NH Hotel is onsite.

The UFI Registration Desk will be located at MECC Maastricht Forum entrance level 1 (ground floor) and will be opened at the following times:
 
Tuesday 13 June 12:00 - 17:30 
Wednesday 14 June - 08:00-18:00
Thursday 15 June - 08:00-18:00
Friday 16 June - 08:30-13:00

On Wednesday 14 June, we have prepared a special outside experience for you.

Departure from MECC Forum
Meeting Point in room 2.18/2.19 (level 2)

Dress Code: Make sure to wear comfortable clothing and shoes. We will walk for approx. 2 kms (30 mins) and cycle for 3 kms (10 mins), but bus transfers are available as well. Keep an eye on the weather forecast!
