UFI partners with Women in Exhibitions Network

We are happy to announce that we will partner with Women in Exhibitions Network (WIE) on some of the content for the 2023 UFI European Conference. 

Women in Exhibitions will also host their first World Summit in Maastricht on 13-14 June, ahead of the European Conference. (NB – these are different events so you will need to register and buy a ticket for both events separately.)

Fee includes:
  • Event Directors Summit on 14-15 June
  • Welcome Reception on Wednesday 14 June
  • ️Networking Dinner on Thursday 15 June
  • ️Networking breaks and lunches on 15-16 June
  • ️Sightseeing Tour on Friday 16 June
  • ️Post-event access to all sessions' recordings

Registration fees refer to the full package of the 3-day onsite attendance in Maastricht at the UFI European Conference on 14-16 June 2023, and are VAT excluded.

Accompanying Person Registration Fee

Fee includes:
  • Welcome Reception on Wednesday 14 June
  • ️Networking Dinner on Thursday 15 June

Registration for Accompanying Persons is reserved for partners, spouses, and family members of delegates. They are only permitted to participate in the social activities of the European Conferences and not in the sessions. 

New event launch for Event Directors

We are excited to launch a new one-day summit for Event Directors, limited to 50 participants from leading exhibition brands in Europe and around the world.
Co-located with the UFI European Conference, it will bring together some of our industry's finest talent to meet and grow together. Participants for this free programme will be selected from all European Conference participants who register their interest.

Who can participate? 

Event Directors, Show Directors, Exhibition Directors, Project Directors from exhibition organisers who will attend the European Conference.
UFI Members have first priority; Non-UFI Members can apply for the remaining seats.
An indoor and outdoor event, it will challenge and inspire our delegates and foster new relationships and friendships.
The content, a mixture of expert talks, breakout sessions, and opportunities for P2P sharing and learning, will be co-created with the UFI Next Generation Leaders.
